First licensed in 1996, I have represented buyers and sellers of distinctive homes throughout San Francisco in nearly 250 transactions over the past two decades. I bring deep experience and long-term perspective to my practice.
I am a Top Producer at Zephyr Real Estate and I am a member of TAN (Top Agent Network). Membership of T.A.N. is limited to those agents who are in the Top 10% in San Francisco. In both 2014 and in 2015, I was awarded the prestigious title of “Five Star Agent” in the real estate edition of the San Francisco Magazine. I know all the players, and my strong reputation yields tremendous dividends for my clients, since other agents prefer to do business with colleagues whom they know and trust.
With a masters degree in clinical psychology, I communicate well with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds and occupations. Professionally trained to listen, I am particularly well-equipped to read the motivation of the other parties, so that my own clients can take the best position at the table.
My clients range from sellers of multi-million dollar view homes to buyers of 1-bedroom condominiums. The majority of my business is generated from returning customers and referrals from other satisfied clients. My goal is to earn the loyalty of my clients, as well as referrals to new clients, by vigorously advocating for and protecting their best interests, no matter whether the transaction is large or small.
When working with sellers, I combine careful advance preparation, clear communication with other agents, robust marketing materials and a flexible attitude towards quickly-shifting market conditions. The goal is to get not only the highest possible offer, but also an offer that will stick from a buyer that will not cause trouble later on. I pay close attention to every detail of my listings and work tirelessly to get the best outcome for the seller. I am known for watertight transactions that leave no room for complaints after the sale.
When working with buyers, I keep eventual resale in mind, counseling my clients to invest their money wisely, and providing clear analysis of each opportunity that is available. I cut through the hype and manipulation that often accompanies real estate sales, protecting my clients from decisions they’ll regret later. At the same time, when it’s the right property, I fight like a tiger in order to get my clients the competitive advantage they deserve.
