First licensed in 1996, I have represented buyers and sellers of distinctive homes throughout San Francisco in nearly 250 transactions over the past two decades. Having navigated several business cycles, I bring experience, long-term perspective and true breadth of knowledge to my practice. I am a Top Producer at Zephyr Real Estate and I am a member of TAN (Top Agent Network). Membership of T.A.N. is restricted to those agents who are in the Top 10% in San Francisco. In both 2014 and in 2015, I was awarded the title of “Five Star Agent” in the real estate edition of the San Francisco Magazine.

I specialize in the sale of single family homes and condominiums. With a masters degree in clinical psychology, I communicate easily with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds and occupations, ranging from sellers of multi-million dollar view homes to first-time buyers of one-bedroom condos. The majority of my business is generated from repeat business and referrals from other satisfied clients. My goal is to earn the loyalty of my clients, as well as referrals to other prospective clients, by providing exceptional service, no matter whether the transaction is big or small.

When working with sellers, I combine careful advance preparation, clear communication with other agents, and a flexible attitude towards quickly-shifting market conditions, in order to secure the best possible offer from the best qualified buyer. When working with buyers, I keep eventual resale in mind, counseling my clients to invest their resources wisely, and providing clear analysis of each opportunity that is available.
